Welcome to my blog! I’m Gianna Badot, and I’m so excited to share insights from my latest episode of The Rewired Podcast. As a certified hypnotherapist, somatic coach, meditation teacher, and spiritual guide, my mission is to help you rewire your mind and reconnect to your true self through deep, subconscious meditation.
Why You Need a Nervous System Reset
In today’s world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, chaotic, and disconnected. Most of us aren’t just longing for relaxation—we want real, lasting change. That’s why I created a powerful hypnosis meditation designed not just to calm you but also to facilitate nervous system regulation and deep self-connection.
Unlike typical meditation practices, my approach dives deep into the subconscious, helping you identify, soften, and release the patterns and thoughts that fuel anxiety and disconnection. This is about more than just calming down—it’s activating the groundwork for transformation from the inside out.
Guided Breathwork for Subconscious Healing
At the start of the episode, I guide you to close your eyes, find a comfortable position, and turn inward. Breathwork is the anchor. By slowly inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth, you begin to release deeply held tension and stuck energy.
Breathing consciously helps you move from chaos to calm. As I remind listeners, “the deeper you breathe, the deeper you go.” With each conscious breath, you’re reclaiming sacred time and space for yourself—a profound internal reset.
Visualizing and Releasing the Chaotic Self
During this nervous system meditation, I encourage you to bring a visual of your most chaotic, neurotic self to mind. This isn’t about self-judgment; it’s about witnessing a “version” of yourself that you can choose to dial down. With each exhale, imagine this version dissolving, replaced by a powerful sense of calm and groundedness.
Breath becomes a healing tool, “hydrating” your nervous system and returning you to a blank slate—a true homecoming to the real you. This is your chance to recalibrate on every level.
Embracing Your Awakened Self
As your nervous system resets, I invite you to visualize the calm, grounded, awakened version of yourself coming forward. Maybe you haven’t felt connected to this version in some time, but now, through mindful breathing and deep awareness, you can sense this beautiful energy blossoming within.
By the end of the session, you’ll feel more centered, more connected, and deeply rejuvenated. Your identity and nervous system are refreshed from the inside out—an incredible achievement that you can access any time you need.
Always,
Gianna Badot
