Why Presence is Your Superpower

I’ve often said that your presence is quite literally your superpower. When you are fully present, you are in your highest state of being, your highest state of energy. This elevated state allows you to make better decisions, show up more powerfully in your relationships and work, and naturally magnetize success, abundance, and well-being.

But let’s be real; becoming present is no small feat. It requires battling past and future distractions vying for your attention 24/7. When you’re not present, you miss out on the joy and potential of the current moment.

Steps to Becoming More Present

Here are the actionable steps to start cultivating your presence:

1. Focus on Your Breathing

Your breath is your gateway to the present moment. The more you tune into your breathing, the harder it will be to get distracted by the chaos around you. Trust me, distractions are endless. Whether it’s my eight-month-old baby slightly whining outside the door or annoying construction noise, I constantly bring myself back to the present by focusing on my breath.

2. Rewire Your Subconscious Mind

The programming in your subconscious mind affects your ability to stay present. Are you subconsciously programmed to be distracted, or are you tuned in and tapped into the present moment?
