Let’s be honest: everyone wants to boost their productivity and peak performance. But the answer isn’t necessarily gulping down more caffeine or popping supplements. Trust me, I used to be a caffeine addict. I was all about those multiple cups a day, high-caffeine nootropic blends, and even mushroom coffees loaded with caffeine. But a turning point came in my life during pregnancy—I couldn’t drink caffeine. Instead of 200 milligrams a day, I embraced a caffeine-free lifestyle.
Here’s what worked wonders for me—self-hypnosis and visualization. Throughout my pregnancy, I leaned into the power of programming my mind mentally and visualizing my daily tasks. This change led to unexpected results: launching this podcast, creating new products, and working with clients—all without relying on caffeine. It was truly mind-blowing!

It’s about programming your subconscious to reflect the reality you wish to experience—the emotions and desires you want to manifest.
