You require a whole different level of self-care to maintain a balanced state of physical, mental, emotional well-being! Empaths STRONGLY feel and absorb the energy around them from everything and everyone (from animals, plants, humans, world events etc).
If you allow yourself to take on strong or negative energy that is too much for you, you as an Empath can literally make yourself sick. I’m an Empath — and understanding this helped me understand myself in ways I could never understand.
Doing this has helped me release so much unnecessary anxiety & stress from my daily life and relationships! It’s also helped catapult my professional growth as an Entrepreneur.
I know what I need.
I know my emotional limits.
I know how to set boundaries.
I know when I’ve had enough and it’s time to recharge my batteries…
And you should too! That’s why I wanted to share my top 3 tips to support my energy sensitive Empaths out there because let’s be real…
It’s a tough world out there and if you’re an Empath, the issues of the world can feel 10x harder if you don’t regulate your emotions and cleanse your energy.
So we’ll cut this blog straight to the point…
Here are 3 small tips to help you *immediately* if you’re an Empath:
1. Get to know your own personal emotional threshold! Understand what you need and how to give it your self.
2. Spend time alone! (this one is SO important for an Empath).
3. SET BOUNDARIES IN YOUR RELATIONSHIPS & WORK LIFE!
