This illusion grips our reality, leading us into a whirlwind of overthinking and stress. I’ve faced it head-on this week when my little girl caught her first cold. With a bit of self-awareness and self-hypnosis, I managed to shift from anxious to calm, ensuring that I could be the best mom I can be.

In our quest to overcome anxiety, the initial step is recognizing it. I realized quickly that my anxiety had deeper roots and by acknowledging these, I could talk myself into a calm state. This self-talk, a form of self-hypnosis, is magic, I tell you! It’s all about grounding yourself, calming your energy, and then reinforcing positive beliefs.

Self-hypnosis isn’t a mystical art—it’s practical self-talk. When you’re in a calm state, you’re more open to positive affirmations. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and tell yourself everything is going to be fine. Whether you’re dealing with daily stress or a challenging situation, this method helps maintain a composed mindset.
