High performers don’t leave their biggest tasks to chance. They eat the frog first thing in the morning.
Doing hard things first isn’t about punishment—it’s about power. It’s about tackling the one task that will move you closer to your goals while your energy is at its peak. Whether that’s writing a proposal, making a tough decision, or finally starting that creative project, doing it first creates unstoppable momentum.
💡 Gianna’s Tip: Tomorrow morning, scan your to-do list and ask, what’s the one thing that will make everything else easier or unnecessary if I complete it first? Do that—before checking email, scrolling, or getting pulled into busy work.
You’ll feel accomplished, aligned, and totally in flow.
2. Move Your Body Every Single Day: Motion = Momentum
Movement isn’t optional—it’s essential.
Every successful person I know moves their body daily. Why? Because physical movement creates mental clarity, emotional resilience, and energetic alignment. It’s not about aesthetics—it’s about activation.
My routine? I lift weights for 20 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of yoga. And yes, even as a mom to a one-year-old, I make it happen. My mother—an executive powerhouse—starts her day at 4:30 a.m. with a workout. That’s commitment.
🌀 Remember: Your body is your vehicle for success. Fuel it with movement, and you’ll feel unstoppable.
3. Visualize Your Success with Self-Hypnosis: Program Your Future
Every high performer I’ve coached or studied has one thing in common: they visualize the outcome before it manifests.
Visualization is more than wishful thinking. When combined with self-hypnosis, it becomes a subconscious programming tool that aligns your mind with your mission.
Here’s my ritual: I begin every morning with 2–5 minutes of visualization—feeling, seeing, and experiencing the version of me who already has what I desire. Once a week, I go deeper, dedicating 30 minutes to long-term vision work with self-hypnosis.

4. Hydrate and Fuel Yourself Like a High Performer
You wouldn’t expect a luxury car to run on dirty fuel—so why treat your body any differently?
High performance starts with clean, conscious fuel. What you eat and drink directly impacts your energy, focus, and emotional state. Ditch the ultra-processed snacks and upgrade your hydration. Think: real, organic foods and water with minerals or electrolytes.
I keep clean snacks nearby and stay fully hydrated throughout the day. It keeps my mind sharp, my mood balanced, and my productivity sky-high.
