Why Self-Sabotage Happens
Self-sabotage is simply your subconscious trying to keep you “safe,” according to old definitions of safety. For example, if you grew up in a home where money was associated with loss or unreliability, your subconscious might block financial abundance as a form of protection.
That’s why mindset work is about much more than just thinking positive—it’s about getting into the deep, unconscious layers that truly run the show.
How to Access and Rewire Your Subconscious
